- Manage the receipt of goods, including unloading, barcode scanning, and verification of quantity and quality against transport documents.
- Record stock in the warehouse management system (JDA/SAP) and address any discrepancies.
- Ensure goods are stored in optimal conditions and are easily accessible and identifiable.
- Monitor warehouse space and organize inventory efficiently.
- Handle packaging disposal and manage goods movements, including transfers to tailoring, dyeing departments, and long-distance clients.
- Organize inter-store transfers and returns to vendors, preparing necessary documentation.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to the Store Manager.
- Prepare merchandise for re-tagging following price changes.
- Maintain accurate records of CITES items with proper documentation.
- Perform daily checks on sold materials and stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment requests.
- Coordinate with the Operations office for ordering packaging and supplies.
- Manage product repairs in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with Store and Assistant Store Managers on consignment procedures.
- Train sales staff on the use of the JDA/SAP system for inventory management.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the retail or luxury sector.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational skills and strategic thinking.
- High attention to detail and ability to work methodically.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and logistics systems.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility, client orientation, and team spirit.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail or luxury sector.
