Bottega Veneta Stock Associate

- Manage goods received by the boutique, ensuring accurate barcode scanning and verification of transport documents.
- Maintain organized and efficient storage of goods in the warehouse, ensuring items are easily accessible and identifiable.
- Monitor warehouse space and manage packaging disposal.
- Coordinate in and out movements of goods, including transfers to tailoring and dyeing departments and long-distance clients.
- Organize inter-store transfers and returns to vendors, preparing necessary documentation.
- Conduct warehouse inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
- Prepare merchandise for re-tagging following price changes.
- Track CITES items with proper documentation.
- Perform daily checks on sold material and warehouse stock, ensuring sales floor replenishment.
- Order packaging and supplies in coordination with the Operations office.
- Manage product repairs pre- and post-sale, adhering to company policy.
- Collaborate with management on consignment procedures.
- Train sales staff on the operational system for stock management.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational skills and strategic thinking.
- High attention to detail and ability to work methodically.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and logistics systems.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and strong client orientation.
Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
