Bottega Veneta Stock Associate

- Ensure accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries, verifying quantities against documentation for all shipments.
- Support management and sales staff with prompt and precise stock checks and delivery to the sales floor.
- Maintain stock room organization by style, color, and size as directed.
- Execute routine cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies to management.
- Organize shipping area, ensuring proper packaging and logging of outgoing merchandise.
- Maximize stock space for efficient access and store functionality.
- Communicate timely updates to management and sales team regarding new arrivals, replenishments, and returns.
- Re-stock packaging supplies within the boutique.
- Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
- Complete tasks and projects as assigned by Store Management.
- 1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room preferred.
- Experience with international/domestic freight companies is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and professional team player.
- High level of accountability and reliability.
- Basic computer skills, Excel experience preferred.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 20 lbs.
1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room is preferred, with additional experience in working with international and domestic freight companies being a plus.
Salary range of $21.00-23.00/hr, with eligibility for overtime.
