1. Ensure accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries, verifying quantities against documentation for all shipments.
2. Support management and sales staff with prompt and precise stock checks and delivery to the sales floor.
3. Maintain stock room organization by style, color, and size as directed.
4. Execute routine cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies to management.
5. Organize shipping area, ensuring proper packaging and logging of outgoing merchandise.
6. Maximize stock space for efficient access and store functionality.
7. Communicate timely updates to management and sales team regarding new arrivals, replenishments, and returns.
8. Re-stock packaging supplies within the boutique.
9. Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
10. Complete tasks and projects as assigned by Store Management.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room preferred.
2. Experience with international/domestic freight companies is advantageous.

1. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Self-motivated and professional team player.
5. High level of accountability and reliability.
6. Basic computer skills, Excel experience preferred.
7. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 20 lbs.

1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room is preferred, with additional experience in working with international and domestic freight companies being a plus.

Salary range of $21.00-23.00/hr, with eligibility for overtime.
