1. Receive and verify incoming and outgoing merchandise against shipping documentation; ensure shipments are accurate and properly logged.
2. Maintain an organized stockroom by style, color and size, maximizing storage efficiency and accessibility for the sales floor.
3. Perform routine cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies and escalate issues to Store Management.
4. Prepare and package outgoing merchandise following store procedures; maintain a tidy, compliant shipping area.
5. Provide timely stock support to sales staff, including rapid stock checks and deliveries to the sales floor upon request.
6. Communicate new arrivals, replenishment needs and client returns to management and sales teams.
7. Manage packaging supply levels and assist in training new hires on shipping/receiving policies and procedures.
8. Complete ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by Store Management to support boutique operations.

1. 1–2 years' experience preferred in a complex retail stockroom or inventory role; experience with international/domestic freight carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS) is a plus.
2. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute tasks under time constraints.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional and collaborative team orientation.
5. Basic computer proficiency; Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
6. Capability to stand and be mobile for extended periods, climb ladders and lift packages up to 20 lbs regularly.
7. High level of reliability, accountability and openness to feedback.
