Bottega Veneta Stock Associate

- Ensure accuracy in merchandise and supply deliveries, verifying quantities against documentation for all shipments.
- Support management and sales staff with prompt and precise stock checks and deliveries to the sales floor.
- Maintain stock room organization by style, color, and size as directed by management.
- Conduct routine cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies to management.
- Organize the shipping area, ensuring outgoing merchandise is properly packaged and logged.
- Maximize stock space for efficient access and store functionality.
- Communicate with management and sales team regarding new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns.
- Replenish packaging supplies within the boutique.
- Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
- Complete tasks and projects as assigned by store management.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail stock room, preferably in a complex environment.
- Experience with international/domestic freight companies is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and professional team player.
- High level of accountability and reliability.
- Basic computer skills, with Excel experience preferred.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 20 lbs.
1-2 years of experience in a highly-complex retail stock room environment is preferred.
Salary range of $23.00-25.00/hr plus overtime.
