- Ensure accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries, verifying quantities against documentation for all shipments.
- Support management and sales staff with prompt and precise stock checks and deliveries to the sales floor.
- Maintain stock room organization by style, color, and size as directed by Store Management or Operations Department.
- Conduct routine cycle counts and report any inventory discrepancies to management.
- Maintain an organized shipping area, ensuring outgoing merchandise is properly packaged and logged according to policies.
- Maximize stock space for easy access and efficient store operations.
- Communicate timely with management and sales team regarding new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns.
- Replenish packaging supplies within the boutique.
- Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
- Complete tasks and projects as assigned by Store Management.
- 1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room; experience with international/domestic freight companies is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, professional, and polished team player.
- High level of accountability and reliability with a willingness to accept feedback.
- Basic computer skills, with Excel experience preferred.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 20 lbs.
1-2 years of experience preferred in a highly-complex retail stock room, with previous experience in international/domestic freight companies advantageous.
