- Train and mentor In-Store Visual Ambassadors, serving as their primary point of reference and supporting their professional development.
- Collaborate with Area Managers, General Merchandise Managers, Merchandisers, and Store Managers to optimize store solutions and enhance sales through effective visual merchandising and window displays.
- Conduct regular visits to Directly Operated Stores (DOS) and outlets within the assigned region to ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards and timelines.
- Coordinate and maintain up-to-date visual merchandising tools in each store.
- Interpret, adapt, and implement visual directives from global teams to ensure consistent execution across stores, aligning with the brand's ethos and values.
- Prepare comprehensive reports following store visits and compile monthly or bimonthly summaries of window and indoor display changes and action plans.
- Provide full support for new store openings.
- Assist with headquarters and regional activities as required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser for a fashion retailer or luxury brand.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Availability for frequent travel.
- Exceptional communication and proven visual merchandising skills.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and a solid understanding of current fashion and artistic trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and practical approach.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office and Photoshop.
A minimum of four years in a visual merchandising role within the fashion retail or luxury sector is required.
