- Train and mentor In-Store Visual Ambassadors to support their professional development.
- Collaborate with Area Managers, GMM, Merchandisers, and Store Managers to optimize visual merchandising and window displays tailored to market and client needs.
- Conduct regular visits to DOS and Outlet stores within the assigned region to ensure adherence to visual standards and timelines.
- Coordinate and update visual tools across stores.
- Adapt and implement global visual directives to maintain brand consistency in displays and windows.
- Prepare detailed reports following store visits and compile monthly/bimonthly summaries of visual changes and action plans.
- Provide comprehensive support for new store openings.
- Assist with headquarters and regional activities as required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in fashion retail or luxury brands.
- Excellent communication and proven visual merchandising skills.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and awareness of current fashion and artistic trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and pragmatic approach.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office and Photoshop.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in visual merchandising within the fashion retail or luxury sector is required.
