- Train and mentor In-Store Visual Ambassadors to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Collaborate with Area Managers, General Merchandise Managers, Merchandisers, and Store Managers to optimize store layouts and window displays, aligning with market demands and client preferences.
- Conduct regular visits to Directly Operated Stores (DOS) and outlets within the designated region to ensure visual standards are upheld and executed within established timelines.
- Coordinate and update visual merchandising tools across all stores.
- Interpret and implement global visual directives to ensure brand consistency across all visual displays.
- Prepare detailed reports following store visits and compile monthly or bi-monthly summaries of visual changes and action plans.
- Provide comprehensive support for new store openings.
- Assist with headquarters and regional activities as required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in visual merchandising for fashion retailers or luxury brands.
- Exceptional communication and visual merchandising skills.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and a solid understanding of current fashion and artistic trends.
- Ability to focus and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and pragmatic approach.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
A minimum of 4 years in a visual merchandising role within the fashion or luxury sector is required.
