1. Assist in designing small leather goods, belts, charms, objects, and special projects.
2. Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm new ideas and designs.
3. Prepare renderings to visualize product designs and concepts, as well as technical files.
4. Create mockups and conduct technique trials.
5. Support the overall Small Leather Goods Department, including coordinating meetings and factory visits.

1. BA/MA degree in Fashion Design.

1. Design sensitivity.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
3. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
4. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
5. Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
6. Basic knowledge of 3D software is a plus.
7. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

No prior experience required, but a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills is advantageous.

BA/MA degree in Fashion Design.
