1. Manage the entry of orders into the system and verify invoices related to prototypes, samples, press, and quality control, coordinating with the Accounting department for proper alignment.
2. Oversee the creation of new supplier codes and profiles in the system, followed by the entry of supply contracts.
3. Monitor the updating of supplier purchase price lists.
4. Ensure accurate management and verification of DDT transport documents and subsequent progress by liaising with relevant internal departments and the plant warehouse.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury footwear production or internal production management.

1. Strong interest and aptitude for data management and back-office activities.
2. Proficiency in computer systems (management software and Excel).
3. Good command of the English language is preferred.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a predisposition for teamwork.
5. Precision and excellent communication skills.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, and initiative.
7. Flexibility and dynamism to thrive in evolving business environments.

1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury footwear production or internal production management.
