1. Oversee the procurement process with subcontractors, ensuring continuous monitoring of production phases and timely material returns to maintain product workability.
2. Prepare specific monitoring reports for work orders sent to subcontractors and their subsequent returns.
3. Maintain constant communication with external partners and colleagues to manage and resolve production issues while adhering to quality and delivery timelines.
4. Collaborate closely with colleagues, particularly in purchasing, product industrialization, quality, and warehouse departments, to ensure timely product delivery and proper internal workflows.
5. Ensure the workability of assignments within the internal department and with subcontractors.

1. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury footwear production sector.
2. Proficiency in computer systems such as Stealth, SAP/PLM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
3. English language proficiency is preferred.
4. Excellent interpersonal and interaction skills.
5. Precision and strong communication abilities.
6. Dynamic, determined, and proactive mindset.
7. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
