- Oversee the procurement process with subcontractors, ensuring continuous monitoring of production phases and timely material returns to maintain product workability.
- Prepare specific monitoring reports for work orders sent to subcontractors and their subsequent returns.
- Maintain constant communication with external partners and colleagues to manage and resolve production issues while adhering to quality and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, particularly in purchasing, product industrialization, quality, and warehouse departments, to ensure timely product delivery and proper internal workflows.
- Ensure the workability of assignments within the internal department and with subcontractors.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury footwear production sector.
- Proficiency in computer systems such as Stealth, SAP/PLM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- English language proficiency is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and interaction skills.
- Precision and strong communication abilities.
- Dynamic, determined, and proactive mindset.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

3-5 years of experience in internal production planning within the luxury footwear industry.
