Shoes Internal Production Planner

1. Ensure proper procurement from subcontractors and monitor the progress of production phases and material return according to planned timelines.
2. Prepare specific reports to monitor work orders sent to subcontractors and their return.
3. Maintain constant communication with external partners and colleagues to manage and resolve production issues while meeting quality and delivery requirements.
4. Collaborate closely with colleagues in purchasing, product industrialization, quality, and warehouse areas to ensure product delivery within timelines and correct internal flows.
5. Ensure the workability of assignments for the internal department and subcontractors.

1. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within luxury footwear internal production.
2. Good knowledge of IT systems such as Stealth, SAP/PLM, and Microsoft Office.
3. English language proficiency is preferred.
4. Excellent relational and interaction skills.
5. Precision and communication skills.
6. Dynamism, determination, and proactivity.
7. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
