- Lead the cost definition process for shoe articles from prototyping to production launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality aligns with cost targets.
- Support the cost estimation process during product design phases, from prototyping to collection presentation.
- Prepare reports and analyses on collection profitability for management review.
- Focus on critical items to promote cost containment and optimization of standard costs.
- Verify cost variations due to engineering changes up to production.
- Ensure accuracy of input data for standard cost calculations and maintain updated cost sheets.
- Guide the post-production cost and consumption verification process, analyzing significant variances for improvement insights.
- Optimize process methodologies and participate in consumption verification sessions during sample and engineering phases.
- Monitor production timelines for key articles through time measurement sessions at internal and external facilities.
- Degree in Management Engineering, Statistics, or related economic-scientific disciplines.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in similar or technical fields.
- Proficiency in PC usage and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong data processing and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Teamwork orientation and flexibility.
- Good interpersonal and listening skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of production logic, functional analysis, and lean production is advantageous.
- Passion for the sector with an awareness of trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
3 to 5 years of professional experience in similar or technical fields, with prior experience in the role considered a plus.
Degree in Management Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
