1. Lead the cost definition process for shoe articles from prototyping to production launch.
2. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure products meet quality standards within cost targets.
3. Support cost estimation during the design phase and prepare reports on collection profitability.
4. Focus on critical items to promote cost containment and optimization.
5. Verify cost variations due to engineering changes and ensure data accuracy for standard cost calculations.
6. Guide the verification process of consumption and production costs, analyzing significant deltas for continuous improvement.
7. Analyze and optimize process methodologies.
8. Participate in consumption verification sessions during sampling and engineering phases.
9. Verify production timelines for significant articles through time measurement sessions.

1. Degree in Management Engineering, Statistics, or related economic-scientific disciplines.
2. 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in similar or technical fields.

1. Proficiency in PC usage and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2. Strong data processing and reporting skills.
3. Attention to detail and precision.
4. Teamwork and flexibility.
5. Good interpersonal and listening skills.
6. Priority management.

3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in similar or technical fields.

Degree in Management Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
