1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, enhancing operational efficiency.
2. Coordinate lead time analysis and set objectives for various production lines, identifying and resolving production constraints.
3. Create innovative solutions for optimizing balance and reducing production times by monitoring and analyzing KPIs to evaluate and improve operational performance.
4. Conduct in-depth analysis of production cycles and technical information to identify areas for improvement.
5. Analyze lead times and objectives for different lines, understanding constraints such as workability, resource skills, required service, and priority management.
6. Apply Lean Production methodologies to ensure best practices in the production environment.
7. Collaborate with managers and operational units to prepare analyses that identify solutions for increasing production efficiency.

1. Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in production, particularly in the leather goods sector.

1. Advanced proficiency in Lean Production methodologies and a deep understanding of production process analysis tools and techniques.
2. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to proposing innovative solutions.
3. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
4. Teamwork aptitude with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
5. High availability and flexibility to adapt to operational needs.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the production sector, with a focus on leather goods.
