1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, enhancing operational efficiency.
2. Coordinate lead time analysis and set objectives for various production lines, identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks.
3. Devise innovative solutions to optimize balance and reduce production times by monitoring and analyzing KPIs to evaluate and improve operational performance.
4. Conduct in-depth analyses of production cycles and technical information to identify areas for improvement.
5. Analyze lead times and objectives across different lines, understanding constraints such as workability, resource skills, required service, and priority management.
6. Apply Lean Production methodologies to ensure best practices in the production environment.
7. Collaborate with managers and operational units to prepare analyses that help find solutions to increase production efficiency.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in production, specifically within the leather goods sector.

2. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to proposing innovative solutions.
3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
4. Teamwork aptitude with excellent relational and communication skills.
5. High availability and flexibility to adapt to operational needs.
