- Develop and execute a global PR strategy across assigned countries, enhancing both global resonance and local visibility.
- Create and implement tailored PR strategies for key brand and commercial moments, as well as local events.
- Identify and leverage PR synergies across multiple countries.
- Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with key external PR stakeholders across the region.
- Manage media strategies with local PR teams, ensuring a balanced mix of OOH, print, digital, and social media.
- Oversee talent and community strategies, promoting local voices on a global scale and generating social media engagement.
- Streamline sample trafficking processes across countries to increase print EMV on DMR.
- Oversee cover story strategies to enhance ROI and social media discussions.
- Manage DMR and social media reporting.
- Administer PR budgets for assigned countries.
- Contribute to the creation and establishment of regional PR processes and guidelines.
- Manage internal communications for all PR-led projects and results.
- Ensure partner calendars align with PR strategies and timelines.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in brand marketing, press, public relations, and communications within the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong network of media contacts across fashion, luxury, lifestyle, and digital press, both in the UK and internationally.
- In-depth knowledge of the Northern Europe marketing, media, and PR landscape, as well as luxury market trends.
- Proven success in managing high-impact PR campaigns, media events, and product launches.
- Experience in crisis communication, stakeholder management, and reputation strategy.
- Creative thinking and a deep understanding of brand positioning and elevated tone of voice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling press materials and brand narratives.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other European languages is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities with discretion, diplomacy, and urgency.
- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
- Proficiency with media monitoring tools, PR platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of digital PR and influencer strategy is a plus.
- Passion for fashion, culture, and storytelling, with a sharp editorial sense and attention to detail.
7-10 years of experience in brand marketing, press, public relations, and communications within the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
