- Collaborate with the Pattern Making Manager and style and product office representatives to gather information on projects to be developed.
- Coordinate with the Prototyping team to manage and resolve issues, ensuring product realization aligns with stylistic requests and industrial replicability.
- Develop patterns from technical/stylistic drawings and input all necessary technical information into the system for prototype/sample creation, monitoring and updating data throughout the development phases.
- Share product development information with Pattern Making colleagues and participate in technical analysis meetings for production fine-tuning.
- Complete the model engineering phase to prepare for production launch.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in leathergoods manufacturing industries.
- Technical training as a pattern maker or fashion technician (specialized schools/master's in fashion).
- Proficiency in major CAD programs, preferably Teseo.
- Understanding of the development process and various methods of creating leathergoods products, leathers, and metal accessories.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and management systems.
- Strong work planning abilities.
- Teamwork and problem-solving aptitude.
- Willingness to occasionally travel within Italy.
A minimum of 8-10 years in a similar role within the leathergoods manufacturing sector.
Technical training in pattern making or fashion technology.
