- Collaborate with the Pattern Making Manager and style and product office representatives to gather information on development projects.
- Coordinate with the Prototyping team to address and resolve any issues, ensuring product realization aligns with stylistic requests and industrial replicability.
- Develop patterns from technical/stylistic drawings and input all necessary technical information into the system for prototype/sample creation, monitoring and updating data throughout the development phases.
- Share product development information with colleagues in the Pattern Making department and participate in technical analysis meetings for production refinement.
- Complete model engineering adjustments to prepare for production launch phases.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in leather goods manufacturing industries.
- Technical training as a pattern maker or fashion technician, with specialized education in fashion (schools/masters).
- Proficiency in major CAD programs (preferably Teseo).
- Understanding of the development process and various methods of leather goods production, including leather and metal accessories.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and management systems.
- Strong work planning capabilities.
- Teamwork and problem-solving aptitude.
- Willingness to undertake occasional travel within Italy.
A minimum of 8-10 years in the role within leather goods manufacturing industries is required.
