1. Collaborate with the Pattern Making Manager and style and product office representatives to gather information on development projects.
2. Coordinate with the Prototyping team to address and resolve any issues, ensuring product realization aligns with stylistic requests and industrial replicability.
3. Develop patterns from technical/stylistic drawings and input all necessary technical information into the system for prototype/sample creation, monitoring and updating data throughout the development phases.
4. Share product development information with colleagues in the Pattern Making department and participate in technical analysis meetings for production refinement.
5. Complete model engineering adjustments to prepare for production launch phases.

1. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in leather goods manufacturing industries.

1. Technical training as a pattern maker or fashion technician, with specialized education in fashion (schools/masters).
2. Proficiency in major CAD programs (preferably Teseo).
3. Understanding of the development process and various methods of leather goods production, including leather and metal accessories.
4. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and management systems.
5. Strong work planning capabilities.
6. Teamwork and problem-solving aptitude.
7. Willingness to undertake occasional travel within Italy.

A minimum of 8-10 years in the role within leather goods manufacturing industries is required.
