1. Oversee HR policies and programs for employees on the West Coast, Mexico, and Brazil, covering recruitment, development, performance management, and employee relations.
2. Manage the recruitment process, collaborating with Hiring Managers and Senior Retail Leadership to create job descriptions, source candidates, and ensure effective onboarding.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment sources to build a robust applicant pool.
4. Work with managers to assess talent and identify opportunities for organizational strengthening through skill-building and mobility.
5. Act as an organizational development liaison and advisor to the North America leadership team.
6. Coach and educate managers and employees in HR skills, including performance management and conflict resolution.
7. Investigate employee grievances and ensure compliance with labor laws.
8. Monitor employee costs and ensure budget adherence.
9. Guide retail managers through the Performance Management Process and salary review.
10. Assist employees with inquiries related to payroll and benefits.

1. Bachelor’s Degree required.
2. Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in HR generalist management and administration.

1. Ability to work successfully in an international environment; luxury retail experience preferred.
2. Knowledge of employee and labor relations laws and practices.
3. Superior oral and written communication skills.
4. Excellent judgment and mature business skills.
5. Facilitation, influencing, coaching, and counseling skills.
6. Proficiency in Excel; experience with Workday and Dayforce preferred.

A minimum of 7 years in HR generalist management and administration, with a preference for experience in luxury retail.

Bachelor’s Degree required.

Annual base salary range of $130,000 - $135,000, plus discretionary bonus.
