Bottega Veneta Senior Human Resources Manager

- Oversee HR policies and programs for employees on the West Coast, Mexico, and Brazil, covering recruitment, development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Manage the recruitment process, collaborating with Hiring Managers and Senior Retail Leadership to create job descriptions, source candidates, and ensure effective onboarding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment sources to build a robust applicant pool.
- Work with managers to assess talent and identify opportunities for organizational strengthening through skill-building and mobility.
- Act as an organizational development liaison and advisor to the North America leadership team.
- Coach and educate managers and employees in HR skills, including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Investigate employee grievances and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Monitor employee costs and ensure budget adherence.
- Guide retail managers through the Performance Management Process and salary review.
- Assist employees with inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in HR generalist management and administration.
- Ability to work successfully in an international environment; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Knowledge of employee and labor relations laws and practices.
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent judgment and mature business skills.
- Facilitation, influencing, coaching, and counseling skills.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Workday and Dayforce preferred.
A minimum of 7 years in HR generalist management and administration, with a preference for experience in luxury retail.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Annual base salary range of $130,000 - $135,000, plus discretionary bonus.
