1. Lead seasonal buying campaigns, collaborating with both local and headquarters stakeholders on merchandising topics and ensuring successful sell-through rates post-launch.
2. Design online product strategies for various channels in alignment with global and regional product strategies.
3. Execute product launches flawlessly, including seasonal campaigns and major e-commerce activations, to drive business growth.
4. Collaborate with the HQ e-commerce merchandising team to implement strategies for new product launches, incorporating engaging site content, unique storytelling, and merchandising tools based on product positioning and target audience.
5. Track product performance, assess campaign effectiveness, and recommend optimizations based on data analysis.
6. Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

1. Minimum of 4 years of e-commerce merchandising experience, specifically in buying or merchandise planning within the luxury or fashion sectors.
2. Bachelor's degree in a related field.

3. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
4. Excellent communication skills.
