1. Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
2. Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
3. Represent the Bottega Veneta brand image.
4. Create an engaging and emotional client experience, offering best-in-class service.
5. Collect and update client information for efficient CRM use.
6. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
7. Understand luxury, collections, and fashion trends.
8. Advise clients on styling with the brand's creative vision in mind.
9. Maintain stock organization and monitor deliveries and availability.
10. Communicate out-of-stock merchandise and other relevant information.
11. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
2. Fluency in English and Italian.

3. Strong communication and empathetic skills.
4. Ability to multitask and be flexible.
5. Team player.
6. Capacity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
7. Ability to build a strong and diversified client portfolio.
