1. Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
2. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients through clienteling.
3. Maintain and update client information for efficient CRM use.
4. Deliver an engaging and emotional client experience in line with the Bottega Veneta Client Journey.
5. Demonstrate understanding of luxury, collections, and fashion trends.
6. Assist clients in discovering the collection by suggesting alternative items.
7. Contribute positively to teamwork and adapt to different personalities.
8. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
9. Maintain organized stock, monitor deliveries, and communicate out-of-stock items.

1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.

1. Excellent client service attitude.
2. High flexibility to adapt to various client types.
3. Outstanding communication and empathetic skills.
4. Strong team player.
5. Ability to multitask and remain flexible.
6. Capacity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
7. Fluency in English and Italian.

1-2 years of sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts.
