1. Coordinate and manage the shipment of press packages worldwide, in alignment with the global events calendar.
2. Prepare all necessary shipping documentation, including pro forma invoices and customs declarations.
3. Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials.
4. Manage the return process of shipped items, including cataloging and archiving both physically and digitally.
5. Maintain accurate inventory records using internal management systems and databases.
6. Liaise with couriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
7. Ensure compliance with customs and commercial regulations for international shipments.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or shipping coordination, preferably in the fashion or luxury sector.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
3. Solid understanding of customs regulations and commercial documentation (pro forma invoices, commercial invoices).
4. Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

2. Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

A minimum of 5 years in logistics or shipping coordination, with a preference for experience in the fashion or luxury industry.
