- Create initial prototypes and subsequent samples based on pattern-making instructions and technical sheets.
- Collaborate with the internal pattern-making team to identify optimal technical solutions for garments in production.
- Independently manage garment preparation, including construction, ironing, and any manual finishing touches.
- Operate key industrial textile machinery such as linear, overlock, binder, double needle, and buttonhole machines.
- Perform handwork, marking, and cutting tasks by interpreting layouts provided by the pattern maker.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in textile manufacturing, with knowledge of men's and women's product categories.
- Preferable experience in the production of garments made from shuttle-woven fabrics and leather.
- Experience in outerwear construction, with additional expertise in trousers, shirts, and dresses.
- Strong work planning and organizational skills.
- Teamwork and problem-solving aptitude.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy, particularly to the Milan Atelier.
A minimum of 5-7 years in textile manufacturing, particularly in roles involving men's and women's apparel.
