- Create initial prototypes and subsequent samples following the guidelines provided by the pattern-making department, based on technical sheets and patterns.
- Collaborate with the internal pattern-making team to identify optimal technical solutions for garments in production.
- Independently manage the preparation, construction, ironing, and hand-finishing of garments, prototypes, and samples.
- Operate primary industrial textile machinery, including linear machines, overlockers, binders, double-needle machines, and buttonholers.
- Perform hand-sewing tasks, marking, and cutting activities by interpreting layouts provided by the pattern maker.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing within the textile industry, with knowledge of different men's and women's product categories.
- Preferable experience in the construction of garments using shuttle fabric and leather.
- Experience primarily in outerwear (blousons, parkas, coats) with additional experience in other categories such as trousers, shirts, and dresses.
- Strong work planning and organizational skills.
- Teamwork and problem-solving aptitude.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy, particularly to the Milan Atelier.
At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in the textile manufacturing industry, particularly in garment construction and sample making.
