Bottega Veneta RTW Planning Specialist

- Oversee the collection, transmission, and monitoring of commercialized product management activities, including Knitwear, Jersey, Denim, and Leather, in collaboration with the Product Team and follow-up with manufacturers.
- Prepare the Tentative Delivery Flow in coordination with the Planning Manager, ensuring adherence to established timelines.
- Prepare and update timelines for activities assigned to Technical, Pattern Making, and Industrialization teams, including launch date forecasts, priority setting for PPS releases, model adjustments, and technical data releases.
- Define, share, and monitor production plans and progress, ensuring alignment with launch priorities, material arrival, available production capacity, and cost targets, including Press production.
- Prepare and update corporate monitoring reports for Production and Press launches.
- Manage the progress of Special production requests, from feasibility checks to technical data setup, order approval, production launch, quality control activation, and delivery plan sharing.
- 3-5 years of experience in luxury apparel production management.
- Excellent knowledge of information systems such as Stealth, planning tools, PLM, and the Office suite.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and interaction skills.
- Precision and excellent communication abilities.
- Robust problem-solving skills, proactivity, and determination.
- Flexibility and dynamism to thrive in dynamic and evolving corporate environments.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
3-5 years of experience in luxury apparel production management is required.
