Responsibilities
- Manage pre-orders for commercialized products such as Knitwear, Denim, and Leather by collaborating with the Product Team and following up with manufacturers.
- Prepare and present production challenges for long_sku by gathering and analyzing feedback from the Materials Research, Purchasing, Industrialization, and Production Teams.
- Prepare and update the timeline for activities assigned to the Technical, Modeling, and Industrialization Teams by managing priorities per model in PLM.
- Define Production Plans respecting commercial launch priorities, material arrival plans shared by the Purchasing Team, available production capacity, and cost targets.
- Update and present company monitoring reports on Production Launches.
- Prepare Production Budgets in coordination with Management Control.
- Manage Press Order Launch activities by monitoring and coordinating a dedicated junior resource.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar role within structured companies in the Luxury Fashion sector.
Skills
- Good knowledge of IT systems, particularly PLM (Centric), Stealth 3000, and Sedapta.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork orientation.
- High flexibility and dynamism.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Italy, especially to HQ in Milan.
Experience Requirements
