Bottega Veneta RTW Planning Manager

1. Manage pre-orders for commercialized products such as Knitwear, Denim, and Leather by collaborating with the Product Team and following up with manufacturers.
2. Prepare and present production challenges for long_sku by gathering and analyzing feedback from the Materials Research, Purchasing, Industrialization, and Production Teams.
3. Prepare and update the timeline for activities assigned to the Technical, Modeling, and Industrialization Teams by managing priorities per model in PLM.
4. Define Production Plans respecting commercial launch priorities, material arrival plans shared by the Purchasing Team, available production capacity, and cost targets.
5. Update and present company monitoring reports on Production Launches.
6. Prepare Production Budgets in coordination with Management Control.
7. Manage Press Order Launch activities by monitoring and coordinating a dedicated junior resource.

1. At least 7 years of experience in a similar role within structured companies in the Luxury Fashion sector.

1. Good knowledge of IT systems, particularly PLM (Centric), Stealth 3000, and Sedapta.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Teamwork orientation.
5. High flexibility and dynamism.
6. Willingness to travel frequently within Italy, especially to HQ in Milan.

At least 7 years of experience in a similar role within structured companies in the Luxury Fashion sector.
