Bottega Veneta RTW Planning Manager

- Manage pre-orders for commercialized products such as Knitwear, Denim, and Leather by collaborating with the Product Team and participating in Pre-order meetings, followed by coordination with manufacturers.
- Prepare and present production challenges for long_sku by gathering and analyzing feedback from Material Research, Purchasing, Industrialization, and Production Teams.
- Develop and update timelines for assigned activities to Technical, Modeling, and Industrialization teams by managing priorities for each model in PLM.
- Define Production Plans adhering to commercial launch priorities, material arrival schedules from the Purchasing Team, available production capacity, and cost targets.
- Update and present company monitoring reports on Production Launches.
- Coordinate Production Budgets in collaboration with Management Control.
- Oversee Order Launch activities for Press Garments by monitoring and coordinating with a dedicated junior resource.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within structured companies in the Apparel, Luxury, or Fashion sectors.
- Proficient in IT systems, particularly PLM (Centric), Stealth 3000, and Sedapta.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Teamwork orientation.
- High flexibility and dynamism.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Italy, especially to the Milan headquarters.
Candidates must possess at least 7 years of experience in a similar role within structured companies in the Apparel, Luxury, or Fashion sectors.
