- Create CAD patterns and oversee the prototype and sample production to ensure accurate interpretation of stylistic input.
- Participate in model explanation meetings, fittings, and defect correction/normalization sessions.
- Develop and complete technical sheets and garment measurement tables using PLM.
- Coordinate with external laboratories, internal ateliers, and quality control technicians to address any issues or provide technical explanations regarding the patterns created.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar role within the textile manufacturing industry.
- Technical training in pattern making.
- Proficiency in various garment construction methods, with a creative affinity for outerwear and blousons; knowledge of leather garment creation is advantageous.
- Proficiency in major CAD programs, with a preference for Modaris Expert.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- High flexibility and dynamism to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving corporate environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Italy.
A seasoned professional with 7-10 years of experience in textile manufacturing, particularly in pattern making.
Technical training in pattern making is required.
