Bottega Veneta RTW Knitwear Product Engineering & Quality Specialist

- Oversee the industrialization and quality control processes for RTW knitwear and jersey products.
- Participate in fittings to ensure the normalization of finished RTW knitwear and jersey products.
- Manage the standardization of production techniques and materials for knitwear and jersey to meet brand quality standards, collaborating with suppliers and external laboratories.
- Collaborate with the Product Development offices to define production masters for knitwear and jersey, alongside the Raw Material Quality Control office.
- Handle the approval of PPS garments in knitwear and jersey in collaboration with the Product Development offices.
- Work with colleagues and dedicated entities to ensure production timelines and quality control standards are met.
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the apparel manufacturing industry.
- Technical knowledge of luxury apparel products.
- Good proficiency in computer systems (ERP and Microsoft Office Suite).
- Proficient in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Flexible and dynamic with availability for frequent travel within Italy, including to suppliers and HQ in Milan.
- Technical expertise in knitwear and jersey production.
- Quality control proficiency.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the apparel manufacturing industry.
