- Support the development of new retail training program initiatives.
- Adapt training programs to align with local cultural differences while adhering to global brand guidelines.
- Coordinate in-store induction for newly hired retail employees in accordance with worldwide training department standards.
- Organize classroom immersion programs for new hires following global training guidelines.
- Assist in organizing the annual training calendar based on local needs and global directives.
- Manage logistics for training events, including booking hotels and flights for attendees.
- Distribute mystery shopping results and coordinate store action plans.
- Provide weekly e-learning completion reports and assist stores requiring additional support.
- Compile monthly training reports and gather feedback from stores.
- Maintain and update the training tools platform with the latest resources.
- Must be available 24 hours a week.
- Must be able to receive academic credit for this paid internship.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Initiative and self-sufficiency in task execution.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in retail training and luxury fashion is preferred.
Current enrollment in a relevant academic program, with eligibility to receive academic credit for the internship.
$16.50 per hour.
