1. Support the development of new retail training program initiatives.
2. Adapt training programs to align with local cultural differences while adhering to global brand guidelines.
3. Coordinate in-store induction for newly hired retail employees in accordance with worldwide training department standards.
4. Organize classroom immersion programs for new hires following global training guidelines.
5. Assist in organizing the annual training calendar based on local needs and global directives.
6. Manage logistics for training events, including booking hotels and flights for attendees.
7. Distribute mystery shopping results and coordinate store action plans.
8. Provide weekly e-learning completion reports and assist stores requiring additional support.
9. Compile monthly training reports and gather feedback from stores.
10. Maintain and update the training tools platform with the latest resources.

1. Must be available 24 hours a week.
2. Must be able to receive academic credit for this paid internship.

1. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
5. Eagerness to learn and grow.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in retail training and luxury fashion is preferred.

Current enrollment in a relevant academic program, with eligibility to receive academic credit for the internship.

$16.50 per hour.
