1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the retail or luxury sector.
3. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.

2. Ability to design engaging and effective training programs.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training software.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a training role within the retail or luxury industry.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
