1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the retail or luxury sector.
3. Strong understanding of instructional design and learning principles.

3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Proficiency in using training software and tools.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a training role within the retail or luxury industry is required.
