1. Support the management team in devising effective solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
2. Encourage performance management and achievement of sales targets.
3. Ensure adherence to Bottega Veneta's policies and procedures in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
4. Deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with Bottega Veneta's sales ceremony.
5. Maintain attention to detail and ensure the boutique's organization and procedural compliance.
6. Enhance the Bottega Veneta experience by developing the client database.
7. Foster a privileged relationship with Client Advisors to create and sustain a positive environment.
8. Handle delicate situations with diplomacy and a constructive approach.
9. Provide comprehensive feedback to the Store Manager.

1. Previous managerial experience in luxury retail.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3 minimum).

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Passion for selling ready-to-wear, accessories, footwear, and leather goods.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Proactive and initiative-driven.
5. Strong team spirit.
6. Bilingual in French and English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

Candidates must have previous managerial experience in the luxury retail sector.
