1. Act as a reference point in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, ensuring adherence to Bottega Veneta's policies and procedures.
2. Support the management team in devising effective solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
3. Encourage performance management and achievement of targets.
4. Ensure all policies and procedures are followed correctly in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
5. Deliver an exceptional client experience in line with Bottega Veneta's sales ceremony.
6. Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the boutique's organization and procedural compliance.
7. Extend the Bottega Veneta experience by developing the client database.
8. Foster privileged relationships with Client Advisors, contributing to a positive environment.
9. Handle delicate situations with diplomacy and a constructive approach.
10. Provide comprehensive feedback to the Store Manager.

1. Previous managerial experience in luxury retail.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3).

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Passion for selling ready-to-wear, accessories, footwear, and leather goods.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Proactive and initiative-taking.
5. Strong team spirit.
6. Bilingual in French and English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

Prior experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector is essential.
