1. Act as a reference point in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, ensuring adherence to Bottega Veneta's policies and procedures.
2. Support the management team in devising effective solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
3. Encourage performance management and achievement of sales targets.
4. Ensure all policies and procedures are followed correctly in the absence of senior management.
5. Deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with Bottega Veneta's sales ceremony.
6. Maintain attention to detail and ensure the store is well-organized and procedures are respected.
7. Enhance the Bottega Veneta experience by developing the client database.
8. Build strong relationships with Client Advisors and contribute to a positive work environment.
9. Handle delicate situations with diplomacy and a constructive approach.
10. Provide comprehensive feedback to the Store Manager.

1. Previous managerial experience in luxury retail.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3).

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Passion for selling ready-to-wear, accessories, footwear, and leather goods.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Proactive and initiative-driven.
5. Strong team spirit and listening skills.
6. Bilingual in French and English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

Previous managerial experience in the luxury retail sector is required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3).
