1. Support the management team in devising effective solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
2. Drive performance and achievement of sales targets.
3. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
4. Deliver an exceptional customer experience in alignment with Bottega Veneta's sales ceremony.
5. Maintain meticulous attention to detail and ensure the boutique's organization and procedural compliance.
6. Enhance the Bottega Veneta experience by developing the client database.
7. Foster strong relationships with Client Advisors and contribute to a positive work environment.
8. Handle delicate situations with diplomacy and a constructive approach.
9. Provide comprehensive feedback to the Store Manager.

1. Previous managerial experience in the retail sector.
2. Passion for selling ready-to-wear, accessories, and footwear.
3. Bilingual in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

Previous managerial experience in retail is required.
