1. Serve as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager.
2. Assist the Store Manager in ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
3. Address and resolve client complaints or conflicts.
4. Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
5. Utilize effective selling techniques to maximize store business potential.
6. Support the Store Manager in identifying solutions to optimize sales opportunities.
7. Foster teamwork by sharing information and best practices.
8. Maintain and update customer information for efficient CRM and Client Book usage.
9. Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
10. Keep stock information current and manage store-to-store transfer requests.
11. Inspire trust through honesty and contribute to a positive work environment.
12. Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with company standards.
13. Identify and evaluate team members' strengths and areas for improvement, providing effective feedback.
14. Conduct monthly touch base meetings under the supervision of the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.
15. Ensure all procedures are followed in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
