1. Serve as a role model by achieving and surpassing sales and KPI targets through client outreach and relationship building.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance customer experience.
3. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating and managing client profiles regularly.
4. Coach and support staff on the sales floor, sharing feedback and strategies for overcoming challenges.
5. Perform Manager On Duty (MOD) shifts to ensure consistent client experiences and support staff.
6. Educate team members on product knowledge and selling skills to achieve business objectives.
7. Contribute ideas in management meetings to enhance daily operations.
8. Manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet store objectives.
9. Execute operational functions including store opening and closing, register management, and maintaining visual standards.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and fair work environment.

1. 3-5 years of retail sales or management experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
