- Serve as a role model by meeting and exceeding monthly sales and KPI goals through client outreach and developing new clients.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining client profile records.
- Coach staff on the Client Journey principles and share feedback with management.
- Perform daily Manager On Duty shifts to ensure consistent client experience and staff support.
- Educate team on product knowledge and selling skills using training resources.
- Contribute ideas in management meetings and manage time efficiently in the store.
- Perform operational functions including store opening and closing, register operations, and merchandise management.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.
- 3 - 5 years of previous retail sales or management experience in a luxury environment.
- Ability to motivate and influence others.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Available for closing shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, annual inventory, and holiday season.
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.

3 - 5 years of previous retail sales or management experience in a luxury environment.
Salary range of $25.00-28.00/hr (plus overtime and commission eligibility).
