1. Serve as a role model by achieving and surpassing monthly sales and KPI goals through client outreach and development.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, updating client profile records regularly.
4. Coach staff on the principles of the Client Journey and provide feedback to management.
5. Perform daily Manager On Duty (MOD) shifts to ensure consistent client experience and staff support.
6. Educate team on product knowledge and selling skills using training resources.
7. Contribute ideas in management meetings and set priorities autonomously.
8. Perform operational functions including store opening and closing, register management, and visual standards maintenance.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a respectful environment for all associates.

1. 3 - 5 years of retail sales or management experience in a luxury or customer service environment.
2. Proven ability to motivate and influence others.
3. Consistent achievement of sales goals and KPIs.
4. Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Polished and professional appearance.

3 - 5 years of experience in retail sales or management within a luxury or customer service-focused environment is required.

Salary range of $25.00-28.00/hr, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
