1. Serve as a role model by achieving and surpassing monthly sales and KPI targets through client outreach and development.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance KPIs.
3. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
4. Coach staff on the Client Journey principles, providing feedback to management.
5. Perform Manager On Duty shifts to ensure consistent client experiences and staff support.
6. Educate the team on product knowledge and selling skills using training resources.
7. Contribute proactive ideas in management meetings.
8. Set priorities and manage time efficiently to accomplish tasks.
9. Execute operational functions including store opening and closing, register operations, and merchandise management.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a respectful work environment.

1. 3-5 years of retail sales or management experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Ability to motivate and influence others through exemplary actions.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and KPIs.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Polished and professional appearance.
