- Serve as a role model by meeting and exceeding monthly sales and KPI goals through client outreach and developing new clients via appointments and consignments.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize each transaction and improve KPIs.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining detailed client profile records.
- Coach staff on the principles of the Client Journey, providing feedback to management.
- Perform daily Manager On Duty (MOD) shifts to ensure consistent client experience and staff support.
- Educate team on collection product knowledge and improve selling skills using training resources.
- Contribute ideas in management meetings to improve daily operations.
- Manage time efficiently in the store and accomplish assigned tasks autonomously.
- Perform operational functions including opening and closing the store, register, and back office procedures.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.
- 3 - 5 years of retail sales or management experience in a luxury or customer service environment.
- Ability to motivate and influence others through actions and examples.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
3 - 5 years of previous retail sales or management experience in a luxury or customer service environment.
