- Serve as a role model by meeting and exceeding monthly sales and KPI goals through client outreach and developing new clients.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining client profile records.
- Coach staff on the Client Journey principles and provide feedback to management.
- Perform daily Manager On Duty shifts to ensure consistent client experience and staff support.
- Educate team on product knowledge and selling skills using training resources.
- Contribute ideas in management meetings and manage store tasks efficiently.
- Perform operational functions including store opening and closing, register management, and merchandise presentation.
- Comply with company policies and maintain a respectful environment for all associates.
- 3 - 5 years of retail sales or management experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Capacity to motivate and influence others.
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability for closing shifts and weekend work.
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages regularly.
3 - 5 years of retail sales or management experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
