- Serve as a role model by achieving and surpassing sales and KPI targets through client outreach and relationship building.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to enhance transaction value and close sales.
- Maintain and update client profiles to strengthen client relationships.
- Coach staff on client engagement strategies and provide feedback to management.
- Perform Manager On Duty (MOD) shifts to ensure consistent client experiences and staff support.
- Educate team members on product knowledge and selling skills to achieve business objectives.
- Contribute proactive ideas in management meetings for operational improvement.
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandise transfers, and visual standards.
- Adhere to company policies and foster a respectful and fair work environment for all associates.
- 3 - 5 years of retail sales or management experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to motivate and influence team members through exemplary actions.
- Consistent achievement of sales goals and KPIs.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Exemplary work ethic, leadership qualities, and team orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance.
- Capacity to work extended periods on the sales floor.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.
3 - 5 years of experience in retail sales or management, ideally within a luxury setting.
