1. Serve as a role model by meeting and exceeding monthly sales and KPI goals through client outreach and developing new clients via appointments and consignments.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize each transaction and improve KPIs.
3. Establish and nurture strong relationships with all clients, maintaining client profile records.
4. Coach staff on the principles of the Client Journey and provide feedback to management.
5. Perform daily Manager On Duty shifts to ensure consistent client experience and staff support.
6. Educate team on collection product knowledge and improve selling skills using training resources.
7. Contribute ideas for everyday activities in management meetings.
8. Manage time efficiently in the store and accomplish assigned tasks autonomously.
9. Perform operational functions including opening and closing the store, register, and back office procedures.
10. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
11. Maintain an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect for all associates.

1. 3-5 years of previous retail sales or management experience in a luxury or customer service-related field.

3. Build and maintain a loyal client following.
4. Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented mindset.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Polished and well-groomed appearance.
7. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
8. Availability to work closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
9. Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages regularly.

3-5 years of retail sales or management experience in a luxury or customer service-related field is required.
