Bottega Veneta Retail Supervisor

- Serve as a role model by meeting and exceeding monthly sales and KPI goals through client outreach and developing new clients via appointments and consignments.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize each transaction and improve KPIs.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with all clients, maintaining client profile records.
- Coach staff on the principles of the Client Journey and provide feedback to management.
- Perform daily Manager On Duty shifts to ensure consistent client experience and staff support.
- Educate team on collection product knowledge and improve selling skills using training resources.
- Contribute ideas for everyday activities in management meetings.
- Manage time efficiently in the store and accomplish assigned tasks autonomously.
- Perform operational functions including opening and closing the store, register, and back office procedures.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect for all associates.
- 3-5 years of previous retail sales or management experience in a luxury or customer service-related field.
- Ability to motivate and influence others through actions and examples.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability to work closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages regularly.
3-5 years of retail sales or management experience in a luxury or customer service-related field is required.
