Bottega Veneta Retail Performance Manager

- Evaluate and enhance retail operations across the Americas, ensuring alignment with brand expectations through data-driven strategies.
- Implement in-house technology programs to support data analysis and drive growth in the retail network.
- Analyze sales data and report on Key Performance Indicators by associate and region.
- Manage projects related to store sales, focusing on individual KPIs, monthly initiatives, and daily sales.
- Identify business opportunities and improve processes using advanced analytics.
- Collaborate with local CRM teams to design and implement CRM programs across the Americas.
- Support analytics initiatives tailored to the needs of the Americas operations.
- Revise in-season sales plans based on current performance and control inventory levels.
- Work with the Merchandising team to identify growth opportunities and business challenges.
- Coordinate monthly business reviews and implement action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Business Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail management.
- Proficiency in Microstrategy System for Retail Analysis and Reporting.
- Strong understanding of retail business processes and CRM analytics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Organizational awareness and flexibility.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong knowledge of retail math.
A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail management, with experience in retail analysis and CRM analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Business Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent.
Annual base salary range of $110,000 - $120,000, plus discretionary bonus.
