1. Represent the company positively and professionally at all times.
2. Communicate weekly memos and store policies and procedures to retail locations.
3. Manage the inventory of store tools at Wayne and within the New York office.
4. Oversee the creation of the monthly retail calendar.
5. Develop and implement procedural tools for stores.
6. Coordinate the seasonal ordering and distribution of store uniforms and packaging.
7. Maintain the StoreDB address book and contacts.
8. Monitor and track the security and alarm vendors list for stores.
9. Provide recurring reports on theft and burglary incidents in stores.
10. Produce ad hoc reports upon request.

1. Must be a Master's or undergraduate program student.
2. Must be available to work through May 2026.
3. Must be able to receive academic credit for this paid internship.

1. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

3. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
6. Eagerness to learn.
7. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and interact with senior management.
8. Absolute discretion and appropriate handling of highly sensitive information.

No prior experience required, but exposure to retail operations or luxury fashion is advantageous.

Must be enrolled in a Master's or undergraduate program.

Salary of $16.50 per hour.
