Bottega Veneta Retail Operations Intern

- Represent the company positively and professionally at all times.
- Communicate weekly memos and store policies and procedures to retail locations.
- Manage the inventory of store tools at Wayne and within the New York office.
- Oversee the creation of the monthly retail calendar.
- Develop and implement procedural tools for stores.
- Coordinate the seasonal ordering and distribution of store uniforms and packaging.
- Maintain the StoreDB address book and contacts.
- Monitor and track the security and alarm vendors list for stores.
- Provide recurring reports on theft and burglary incidents in stores.
- Produce ad hoc reports upon request.
- Must be a Master's or undergraduate program student.
- Must be available to work through May 2026.
- Must be able to receive academic credit for this paid internship.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Initiative and self-sufficiency in task execution.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and interact with senior management.
- Absolute discretion and appropriate handling of highly sensitive information.
No prior experience required, but exposure to retail operations or luxury fashion is advantageous.
Must be enrolled in a Master's or undergraduate program.
Salary of $16.50 per hour.
