Bottega Veneta Retail Operations Intern

- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Communicate weekly memos and store policies and procedures to retail locations.
- Manage Store Tools inventory at Wayne and within the New York Office.
- Oversee the creation of the monthly retail calendar.
- Develop and implement procedural tools for stores.
- Coordinate seasonal ordering and distribution of store uniforms and packaging.
- Maintain StoreDB address book and contacts.
- Monitor and track the security and alarm vendors list for stores.
- Provide recurring reports on theft and burglary incidents in stores.
- Generate ad hoc reports upon request.
- Master's degree program student.
- Available for 32 hours per week.
- Eligible to receive academic credit for the internship.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Initiative and self-sufficiency in task execution.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Capacity to perform in a fast-paced environment and interact with senior management.
- Absolute discretion and appropriate handling of highly sensitive information.
No specific prior experience required, but relevant exposure to retail operations or luxury fashion is advantageous.
Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program.
Salary of $16.00 per hour.
Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a luxury brand environment and receive academic credit for the internship.
