Retail Operations Intern

1. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times
2. Communicate weekly memos and store policies and procedures to stores
3. Manage Store Tools stocked at Wayne and within the New York office
4. Create and manage the monthly retail calendar
5. Create and implement procedural tools for stores
6. Coordinate the seasonal ordering and distribution of store uniforms and packaging
7. Maintain StoreDB address book and contacts
8. Monitor and track the security and alarm vendors list for stores
9. Provide recurring reporting on theft and burglary in stores
10. Provide ad hoc reporting upon request

1. Master's degree program student
2. Available 32 hours a week
3. Must be able to receive academic credit for this paid internship

3. Excellent organization, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
6. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and interact with senior management
7. Absolute discretion and appropriate handling of highly sensitive information

No specific experience required, but must be able to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment and interact with senior management.

Salary of $16.00/hr
