- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times
- Communicate weekly memos and store policies and procedures to stores
- Manage Store Tools stocked at Wayne and within the New York office
- Create and manage the monthly retail calendar
- Create and implement procedural tools for stores
- Coordinate the seasonal ordering and distribution of store uniforms and packaging
- Maintain StoreDB address book and contacts
- Monitor and track the security and alarm vendors list for stores
- Provide recurring reporting on theft and burglary in stores
- Provide ad hoc reporting upon request
- Master's degree program student
- Available 32 hours a week
- Must be able to receive academic credit for this paid internship
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Initiative and self-sufficiency
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and interact with senior management
- Absolute discretion and appropriate handling of highly sensitive information
No specific experience required, but must be able to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment and interact with senior management.
Salary of $16.00/hr
