Bottega Veneta Retail Operations Coordinator

- Serve as the primary liaison between stores and headquarters, ensuring swift resolution of operational issues and adherence to company standards.
- Manage and coordinate regular store orders, consolidating requests and liaising with relevant HQ departments for timely delivery.
- Report and coordinate maintenance needs with the local Facility team, ensuring proper execution and follow-up.
- Collect and review monthly maintenance checklists from stores, assessing and escalating as needed.
- Collaborate with the Health & Safety department to ensure regulatory compliance and support retail teams in implementation.
- Assist stores with IT-related issues and facilitate escalation processes.
- Lead and support pilot projects within the market, ensuring knowledge sharing across store teams.
- Coordinate meetings related to store openings, closures, and renovations, ensuring alignment with HQ functions.
- Act as a liaison between stores and the Inventory Control department, supporting major inventory operations.
- Implement new procedures and guidelines, providing training and supervision to retail teams.
- Support stores in executing after-sales processes, ensuring alignment with HQ standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or luxury retail industry.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proven relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid project management capabilities with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Autonomous and proactive with the ability to work in multicultural teams.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the fashion or luxury retail industry.
