- Collaborate with the Kering Customer Service team to deliver solutions based on established policies and guidelines.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.
- Assist with order placement, tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Work with the Retail Operations Assistant Manager to identify and implement improvements in store operations.
- Provide operational support by managing store supplies, uniforms, and databases.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including invoice management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail industry, with luxury experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Native proficiency in Japanese, with English proficiency considered an asset.
- Excellent team collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Proactive problem-solving and self-management in ambiguous situations.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication with store personnel and stakeholders.
A minimum of three years in the retail sector, with a preference for experience in luxury retail environments.
